Why there are no numbers on this page
Financing terms are set by lenders, not by us, and they change. They also depend on your credit and on the specific amount being financed, which means any rate printed on a web page is either out of date or does not apply to you. Publishing one would be misleading even if it was accurate on the day it was written.
Call (713) 929-9595 and ask what options are currently available. We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we will give you the current answer rather than an old one.
How HVAC financing generally works
In most cases the contractor is not the lender. Financing is arranged through a third party finance company, you submit an application, and approval and terms come back based on your credit profile and the amount. The contractor's role is presenting the option and completing the paperwork on the work being financed.
That is worth understanding for one reason above all: the approval decision and the terms are not something the contractor sets or can adjust for you. What we can do is tell you accurately what programs we currently work with and what the process looks like.
What to have ready when you ask
It moves faster if you already know roughly what you are financing. That means having the scope settled first: what equipment, what work, what total. Ask for that in writing before you talk numbers with any lender.
It also helps to know the monthly figure you can genuinely absorb, not the maximum you might be approved for. Those are different numbers and the second one has ended a lot of household budgets.
Paying without financing
Plenty of jobs never involve a lender at all, particularly repairs. Ask what payment methods we accept when you book so there is no scrambling at the end of the visit, and you will have the total in front of you before work starts either way.
