Why we do not leave offers sitting here
Everyone has had the experience of finding a discount on a website, arriving with it, and being told it expired. It is a small thing that poisons the whole interaction, and it is entirely avoidable by simply not posting terms we cannot guarantee will be live when you read them.
So this page tells you what to ask about instead. We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and asking costs nothing.
What seasonal offers usually attach to
In this industry, offers tend to cluster around a few things. Maintenance is one, generally in the shoulder seasons before the summer and winter rush. Equipment replacement is another, often connected to manufacturer promotions that run for a defined window and end when the manufacturer ends them.
There are also periodic utility or manufacturer rebate programs tied to higher efficiency equipment. Those are administered by outside organizations with their own rules and deadlines, and eligibility depends on the specific equipment installed. When you are pricing a replacement, ask whether anything current applies, because it is easy to miss one that would have applied to a system you were already going to buy.
Timing is its own discount
The most reliable way to spend less is not a coupon. It is not being in an emergency. Work scheduled in a mild week is easier to plan, easier to compare between contractors, and easier to think clearly about than work chosen at ten at night in a house that is ninety degrees.
If your system is limping, that is worth acting on while you still have the option to shop carefully.
How to ask
Call (713) 929-9595, tell us what you are considering, and ask what current offers apply to it. Anything we can offer will appear on your written estimate, so you are looking at a real number rather than a verbal one.
