Website assistant
Our website assistant is an AI tool. When you use it, what you type and the content of the page you are on are sent to our AI provider so it can answer you or fill in our service form. It never sends a request for you: you review the details, agree to be contacted, and press send yourself.
Snap Your Unit
When you use Snap Your Unit, the photo you take is sent to our AI provider to read the equipment label, and the result is shown to you. We do not store the photo.
